Every year Tottenham Hotspur opens its doors to official supporters' groups from around the globe to watch Spurs train at Bulls' Cross and to present the annual Supporters' Club Awards to deserving Tottenham players. This season, two players were honord: Toby Alderweireld was the Supporters Clubs' Player of the Season, and Dele Alli took home the prize for Goal of the Season.
So proud to be the supporters' club player of the season! Thank you to all the fans and my teammates. #TogetherTHFC pic.twitter.com/k0FJnJ02nB

Toby was the heart of a resurgent Tottenham defensive line this season. His partnership in the center of defense with Jan Vertonghen and Kevin Wimmer was a huge reason why Spurs had the best defensive record in the Premier League, conceding just 28 goals in 36 matches. He started and played 90 minutes in every single league and Europa League match this season, scoring four goals, netting two assists, and while only picking up four yellow cards. He was, without hyperbole, the best central defender in the Premier League.
Dele Alli's Goal of the Season was, of course, against Crystal Palace. I can't do it justice with words, so I'll just post a video here.
Congratulations to Toby and Dele, who were rightfully recognized by Tottenham's loyal fans!
