Today’s the last day in the Cartilage Free Captain / The Short Fuse Charity Challenge, and I tell you what, you people are AWESOME. Put together, both blogs have raised more than $4,000 for charity, and they’re about evenly split between the two blogs.
Y’all are wonderful. You really are. I’m beyond happy with what we’ve accomplished. But we’re STILL not done.
The last update had Carty Free leading... but by just $86. That’s nothing. That can change in a heartbeat. When the donation campaign closes tonight (Wednesday) at midnight, there’s a very real chance that The Short Fuse could win the whole thing, and take over our blog on a date to be determined.
DO YOU WANT THAT ON YOUR CONSCIENCE?
So please give to Noah’s Ark Hospice at the link below. If you’ve been waiting for whatever reason, now’s the time. Tell your mates. Tell your family. Tell that rich guy you know a few cubicles down. It’s for a fantastic cause, and it’ll help us have a lot of fun at the Gooner’s expense. Again.
Don’t have a lot of money? Give what you can. Even £5 goes a long way.
Give. Give. Give. Don’t wait. Don’t dally. Do your duty. Help sick kids in London. Help us win the challenge. Just help.
