We’re three days from Spurs’ final friendly of the season.

Happy Tuesday, Hoddlers. Friday is the final friendly match before the start of the new Premier League season. And interestingly, it will be held against Internatzionale... but in Oslo, Norway. I understand why they’re not doing any friendlies at White Hart Lane this summer — it all has to do with the stadium construction. While we’ve all gotten used to seeing Spurs play at home at least once in the preseason to give local fans a chance to see their club before meaningful matches, I can see how the destruction of the NE corner of White Hart Lane would have an impact.

This match will be probably the only chance for Spurs’ Euro stars to get some meaningful match time before the team travels to Everton on August 13. What do you want to see out of this final friendly? Should Spurs start with a first choice lineup? Should it be, again, more about fitness and familiarity? Should Harry Winks start beside Eric Dier so Eric can start getting used to his new league partner?

Let’s move on to some links, shall we?

If this rather spurious link to Pau Lopez is any indication, it sounds as though we may be looking for a new Michel Vorm. (What will we do with the OLD Michel Vorm?)

According to this God-awful Daily Star slideshow, Tottenham Hotspur has spent £170m net in the transfer window since the Premier League debuted, sixth highest in the Prem. I’d tell you which club was first, but the page melted my laptop. (Hint: it’s not Chelsea)

Barcelona is reportedly trading Douglas, a soccer player... for basketball player Adam Hanga. Say what you will about Daniel Levy, but at least he never tried to buy Steve Nash.

Lord Alan Sugar hates Tottenham and all things good.
