Son Heung-Min is staying at Tottenham Hotspur, at least for now. Sky is reporting that the interest from Wolfsburg for Spurs’ Korean midfielder/forward was real, but that Spurs have knocked back a bid from the German club.
BREAKING: Sky Sources: @SpursOfficial reject offer from @VfL_Wolfsburg for Heung-Min Son. More here: https://t.co/gT4XPP4pwp #SSNHQ

We reported earlier that Wolfsburg were interested in Sonny, but that it seemed unlikely that they would meet Spurs’ asking price. This report might confirm that, or at least something close to it.
You can extrapolate this report a couple of ways:
- Tottenham aren’t selling Sonny and the reports that he might be leaving Tottenham are bogus
- Spurs are interested in at least entertaining offers for Sonny, but Wolfsburg haven’t met their asking price.
Sonny gave quotes to the media yesterday denying any knowledge of a transfer away from Spurs, so take that as you will. At least for now, he remains a Tottenham Hotspur player.
The last minute transfer rumors are heating up, everyone. Strap in!
