Tottenham Hotspur’s preseason hasn’t exactly gotten off to the best start. After playing some behind-closed-doors friendlies, they went to Australia and got swept in two matches there.
There were several noticeable absences in those matches, though. None more so than Harry Kane’s. Well, the striker is finally in the lineup after getting some much needed rest and it’s only taken him five minutes to find the back of the net:
After Kyle Walker was taken down in the box, Kane stepped up to the spot and sent Samir Handanovic the wrong way.
Harry Kane is back, Spurs are leading. Coincidence? Probably not.
Is the preseason over yet? Please...
