Dele Alli has given Tottenham Hotspur a first half lead against Real Madrid in the Champions League at Wembley Stadium. What a dream sentence that is. The 21-year-old notched his second career Champions League goal in the 26th minute to give Spurs a 1-0 lead:

The goal doesn’t come without a hint of controversy as many were calling for the goal to be ruled offside. Harry Winks played in Kieran Trippier before the goal happened and the full back appeared to be marginally offside in replays.

The flag never went up and the rest of the play was executed to perfection to get the match tilted in Spurs’ favor.
UPDATE: Dele has done it again! He’s scored his second of the match in the second half to put Spurs up 2-0 over Real Madrid. His shot from the top of the box took a massive deflection off Sergio Ramos and found its way into the net.
