Kane, Pochettino again nominated for Premier League monthly awards

This is getting to be a habit!

Time marches on, and with it comes yet another series of Premier League monthly award nominations for Tottenham Hotspur. Mauricio Pochettino has again been nominated for the EA Sports Premier League Manager of the Month for March, while Harry Kane has been nominated for the Carling Goal of the Month for March.

This is the fourth consecutive month in which Pochettino has been a finalist for a Premier League monthly award, but he has yet to win it this season, losing out to, in order, Chelsea’s Antonio Conte, Swansea’s Paul Clement, and Manchester City’s Pep Guardiola. This month he’s again up against Conte, Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe, Crystal Palace’s Sam Allardyce, Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp, and Leicester City’s Craig Shakespeare.

In fact, the last time Pochettino won a Manager of the Month award was last February, despite being nominated seemingly every month. Sad!

Kane, meanwhile, is up for the Carling Goal of the Month award for his sweet strike against Everton. Which goal against Everton, you ask? This one!

As always, a (small) percentage of the final vote goes to online fan voting, so this is your chance to keep Liverpool fans from spamming Klopp to another win. You can vote for Kane and Pochettino here.
