Does Burnley worry you?

Tottenham Hotspur v Burnley - Premier League Photo by Tony Marshall/Getty Images

I’m going to get the advanced stats up to date later this week, but if you recall from older posts, Burnley has a pretty well-defined formula: They’ll give up tons of shots, but almost all of them will be crap. They’ll take very few shots. But almost all of them will be extremely dangerous. It’s, somehow, an exaggerated form of Pulis Ball, basically.

So, heading into the trip to Turf Moor on Saturday where Burnley have been very good this season... are you worried? When we bog down, we tend to take lots of shots but none of them are very good. And in the reverse fixture at White Hart Lane, Burnley only managed a few shots, but they were extremely dangerous ones. We won that match 2-1, but if you watched it you know how lucky that result was for us. So, how are you feeling?
