Just over a month ago, the usually-reliable Footy Headlines leaked details about what will probably be Tottenham Hotspur’s home kits for 2017-18. Now they’re back, with details about the away kits.

Words cannot express what I’m feeling about this right now. So instead I’ll upload a very large fire emoji.

I’m on record as loving what Nike supposedly has in store for Tottenham Hotspur’s home kits in their first shirts made for the club. Those details are apparently carried over to the away kits as well. The swatch on Footy Headline’s website shows essentially the same details, including the 1960s-era retro inspired club crest surrounded by a shield, but in blue.
Footy Headlines is a little cagey with the detail color, saying that it hasn’t confirmed what accent color Nike will use on the away kits, “even though it will be most likely white.” So there’s a chance we could see something dumb and “templatey” with the shoulders a la Nike’s recent and ubiquitous kit offerings.
But holy smokes, imagine a modern blue kit reminiscent of the classic kits from the 1960s (presumably with a white AIA logo on the front, can’t have ‘em all), with blue shorts. I’m already giddy with anticipation. Shut up and take my money!
