The 2016-17 Premier League season may be over, but Tottenham Hotspur still have one more match remaining. Spurs are heading for Hong Kong for a friendly match against Kitchee SC on Friday, May 26, and today the club released the list of players that it’s taking on the trip.

So the usual names are included here, and the expected injured players such as Harry Winks, Erik Lamela, and Danny Rose are left out. One notable omission is Mousa Dembele, who had a “planned procedure” on his foot (the one previously mentioned that required a trip to a specialist).
#thfc Mousa Dembele will have a "planned procedure" on his troublesome left foot, ruling him out of Hong Kong trip. Due back for pre-season.

More interesting are the inclusions — Kyle Walker is traveling! — and several youth players that were out on loan this season such as Filip Lesniak, Will Miller, Luke Amos, and Kazaiah Sterling. Lesniak, of course, made his club debut as a central midfielder against Leicester City and earned an assist after spending the season on loan in the Czech Republic. Curiously, Samuel Shashoua is not making the trip to Hong Kong despite making the match day 18 in each of Spurs’ last two matches.
The friendly match against Hong Kong Premier League champions Kitchee SC will begin at 8:00 p.m. local time on Friday (1 pm England, 8 am USA).
