If Harry Kane’s status as one of the best strikers in the world was ever in doubt, his goal against Barcelona in the Champions League group stage should put that to bed. Spurs’ go-to goalscorer did his best to get his team back into the match, down 2-0 at the time against the Spanish champions.
Finding his way into the box, he absolutely roasted Barca defender Nelson Semedo with a fake shot, sending the Portugese full back flying. He then curled a perfect strike into the bottom corner for a lovely goal. Check it out:

Unfortunately, it appears that this master class of a goal may be the one bright spot for Spurs today as Lionel Messi found the net soon after to restore Barcelona’s two-goal lead at Wembley. Nevertheless, it’s a fantastic goal and one that shouldn’t be overlooked because of the overall performance.
