Happy Friday! I have a question for you all in the ramble.
Ramble of the Day
Yesterday, the thought randomly popped in my head: Do famous people know how to fully use computers and the internet?
Let me explain. When I say “famous people,” I am talking about people who are famous for things that do not require using computers, such as footballers, actors, or members of royalty. As for fully using computers and the internet, I mean more than just checking social media and emails and watching Netflix.
More specifically, I question whether or not they know about the Microsoft Suite. Do they know what Word documents are, or even what Google docs is? Have they ever heard of PowerPoint? Do they pay bills online? Do they even do a lot of research before buying laptops and such things? (Probably not.)
This question, now that I think about it, could be extended into other areas. I wonder whether or not these people know how to use vacuums. (In the case of those born into royalty, the answer is most likely no.) How long, genuinely, could you have a conversation with one of these people before they asked you to explain something mundane to you, like going to the post office?
I think I will leave it there, considering this is seemingly endless.
Now, for some links.
