It sure looked like England were going to draw their first World Cup match against Tunisia. With the score knotted 1-1 in injury time, England needed something big to happen in order to ensure a good start to the tournament in Russia. They turned to their captain.

Kieran Trippier’s corner kick in injury time found the Leicester City defender Harry Maguire, who headed to Kane at the back post. Kane was wide open and put a powerful header of his own past the Tunisia keeper.
Harry to Harry. Boom. England win.
That goal capped a brace for Kane, who is now a goal behind Cristiano Ronaldo in the race for the Golden Boot. But more importantly, it means a HUGE three points and a big win for the Three Lions.
England’s next match is Sunday, June 24 against Panama, who fell to Belgium 3-0 today.
