Good morning! Who has two thumbs and forgot to schedule an FA Cup open thread today? This guy. The third round of the FA Cup is always a kind of fun one because its the first round that the Premier League enters into the fray, and no matter which ping-pong balls come out of the bowl you’re guaranteed to see a bunch of lower-division teams that you almost never get to watch any other time.
Like Tranmere, for example.
The cool thing for American viewers is that every single third round match is being streamed on ESPN+, so if you’re bored this morning you can tune in to see Accrington Stanley play Iswich Town! Isn’t that awesome?
I know I missed the early games, but here’s a schedule for the rest of the matches that start at 10 a.m. ET, 3 pm UK. The usual open thread rules apply.
