Tottenham Hotspur and Harry Kane couldn’t have dreamed of a better start for their side against Liverpool today. Kane gave Spurs a 1-0 lead just 47 seconds into the huge away match at Anfield.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side came out of the gates with intensity and it paid off big time as Son Heung-Min pushed up the left side in the first attack of the match. His long range effort banged off the woodwork and bounced right to Kane for a diving header.

While there’s still a ton of match left to play, Spurs are on there way to getting a huge result that could turn their fortunes this season around. There’s a lot of work left to do, but you can’t ask for a better start than this.
