The matches are starting to come thick and fast with the coming of the congested holiday fixture period. To that end, Spurs released their usual team news report ahead of Jose Mourinho’s press conference and this Saturday’s Premier League match against Burnley.
The news is basically unchanged — Tottenham Hotspur are without four players against Burnley, and yes, they are exactly the players you think they are.

It’s boring, but it’s not bad news. Hugo Lloris, Ben Davies, Michel Vorm, and Erik Lamela are all continuing rehab, and that’s fine as it means that there are no new injury concerns. Hugo and Davies are both long-term injuries, but we continue to hold out hope that Erik Lamela will return in the shortish term.
