WATCH: Harry Kane scores two bangers against Burnley

I think even Harry Kane would admit it’s been a rough season so far for him. One of (if not the) best strikers in the world has struggled to make a consistent impact so far this season. He’s showing signs of life under new manager Jose Mourinho, however. Kane opened the scoring for Spurs against Burnley on Saturday with a fantastic strike from outside the box, something we don’t see him do a ton:

It’s his eighth Premier League goal of the season and what a hit it was. He took matters into his own hands on the break. Instead of making the easy layoff pass to a teammate, he wound up from distance and smashed a right-footed drive to the keeper’s near post that found the back of the net.

If Kane can get back to his best, in conjunction with the raised level of play from several other Spurs stars, it could be quite the second half of the season.

UPDATE: He did it again.
