Son Heung-Min has marked his return from the Asian Cup with a goal against Newcastle United. The South Korean international missed a handful of games while on international duty, but has returned with the club in dire need of an infusion of goals.
The dynamic attacker didn’t disappoint on his first match back, scoring the first goal of the game against the Magpies at Wembley to give his side a 1-0 lead and put them on track for an important three points.

While it wasn’t the most amazing of strikes and the Newcastle goalkeeper probably should’ve kept it out, you won’t see anyone around these parts complaining.
Goals have been hard to come by for Spurs since both Harry Kane and Dele Alli went down with injury. Son’s return is exactly what was needed for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
