Tottenham Hotspur knew that despite a 3-0 advantage from the first leg, they’d probably need a goal away at Dortmund to be assured of advancing to the quarterfinals of the Champions League. And that’s exactly what they got from Harry Kane in the second half! Kane scored a screamer past Burki to put Spurs up 1-0 after the intermission.
Uh oh, Dortmund

Why is that big? Because Dortmund were pretty much dominant in the first half and Spurs were very lucky not to concede at least one goal. Now, thanks to that strike from Harry, Spurs lead 4-0 on aggregate and have an away goal, meaning that Dortmund have to score five goals in the last 40 minutes to complete the comeback.
With that goal, Harry Kane is now Tottenham’s all time leading European goal scorer with 24 goals. He’s one of our own!
