Christian Eriksen appears to have won the match for Tottenham Hotspur against Brighton today. The Danish international scored the first goal of the match in the 88th minute of play. The result appeared destined to be scoreless until Eriksen found space atop the attacking 18-yard box and unleashed a great strike that beat the Brighton goalkeeper:
Dramatic! Electric! Pivotal!

What a hit for Christian Eriksen for a key late goal for Tottenham! pic.twitter.com/X5IYHxAw87
This is a massive goal in the race for a Champions League spot. Both Chelsea and Arsenal faltered in previous days. Spurs picking up full points today is huge for their Top 4 chances.
Maybe this wasn’t the result or performance anyone expected against a lower-table side. All that matters is it was the right result.
