Who has two thumbs, overslept, and forgot to schedule the Sunday open thread today? THIS GUY. Sorry about that, but here’s an open thread for the rest of the Sunday games.
Arsenal’s 3-0 loss at Leicester is absolutely massive for Spurs’ top four hopes. Just like that, Arsenal losing takes Spurs back up to 95% to qualify for Champions League at FiveThirtyEight, and thanks to that result Spurs now just need one win from their last two league matches to clinch it.
Arsenal,,,,,,,,thank u
There are two league matches remaining today, and one super important women’s match to keep an eye on. Durham Women just kicked off at Leicester City, and if Leicester can “do the double” today and beat Durham, it means promotion to the Women’s Super League for Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Women. Even if Durham win, Spurs can clinch with a win at Aston Villa on May 1. No television for this one, but you can follow along on Twitter.
This is your open thread. The usual rules apply.
