Happy Saturday, football fans! Usually at this time of the season we’re fully in offseason mode — on the beach as it were. Well, the FA Cup final is here, but Tottenham will still play a match after this one because — and this might be news to some of you — Tottenham Hotspur are in the Champions League finals. Wild, right?
But that’s not today. Today is the FA Cup, and the Watford HornetMoose are trying desperately to prevent Manchester City from achieving the unprecedented — completing a domestic treble. City won both the Premier League and the League Cup, so it’d sure be nice if Watford could pull a Wigan and deliver an upset loss. (At least they can’t do the quadruple.)
This is your open thread.
