Hi, all!

Let’s keep things a little light on this Monday.

Ramble of the Day

I had pizza for dinner last night, which is always a great thing. I had pizza a few nights before that, as well, and definitely a few times over the last several weeks. I can’t help it; I live in the New York area, where the pizza is very good and easy to find. Mostly, though, the emphasis for me is that pizza is extremely tasty. I believe I’ve moved onto a phase where I could eat pizza every day if I wanted to.

As I’m sitting here thinking about it, I think I still like french fries more than pizza. That said, though, they’re very much in the same category. I’m ready to add pizza to the list of foods I love almost unconditionally, and tell you about it.

I’ll still be rather picky about pizza; for example, I actually can’t imagine going out of my way to eat pizza in other places. I’ll be in Paris in a few weeks’ time, and have no particular desire to actually eat the pizza there. There are a load of other things on the list of things to eat, including the French taco. I may end up eating some out of necessity or coincidence, but I find pizza to be very particular. That said, I do love my particular pizza.

My particular pizza, I could eat you every day. I somehow control myself; it does help that, even if I pass by a pizza place regularly, it still requires the extra effort to stop in my tracks and actually go inside to get a slice. I do have other things to do, after all. Plus, it’s better that I enjoy pizza less frequently than that; variety is important. Then again, one could just have various types of pizza on a regular basis.

tl;dr: I really like pizza.
