World Cup daily thread: Group C final games

The Women’s World Cup rolls on today with Group C finishing up its action in France. Two matches today: Jamaica vs. Australia, and the surprising Italy vs Brazil. Italy has already qualified with wins in its first two games, but can potentially knock Brazil out of the World Cup with another win today. Australia bounced back from an opening round defeat to the Italians with a win over Brazil, and will face bottom of the group Jamaica.

In other football news, matches continue in the Copa America and Gold Cup, while England open its account in the U21 Euros.
