Movies I haven’t seen.

Hi, all!

Anyone up for a randomly short ramble on a Tuesday?

Ramble of the Day

The film fanatic that I am, I was pretty excited about this question the man in charge of this whole operation at Cartilage Free Captain had for us. I’ll just cut to the chase and drop Dustin’s tweet for us all to see:

If you follow me on Twitter (which I believe most of you don’t) and were reading anything I tweeted at the time, you’ll know what my eventual answers were, but I struggled to think of one at a time. Naturally, we had chatted about it in the Cartilage Free Captain writers’ room, and many titles popped up that I’d either seen or wasn’t embarrassed that I hadn’t.

My eventual answers came from movie titles I had seen others drop, either as a suggestion or as one of their own answers. The two films I noted on Twitter:

  • The Matrix
  • Space Jam

I was pretty young when both of these films came out, but I’ve had enough time to catch up on these obvious cultural phenomenons and have clearly not done so. It does make me want to go watch a ton of classic movies, but I’ll look for any excuse to watch a film.

Anyway, I was thrilled that I eventually came up with an answer considering my original thought was See You Soon, obviously an extremely culturally significant film.

tl;dr: I have yet to see The Matrix and Space Jam, and should fix that.
