I’ll miss you, Joshy.

Done deal! The transfer dominoes are falling into place for Tottenham Hotspur, and the latest is that Josh Onomah has completed a transfer from Spurs to Fulham on a three year deal. This is announced just after Ryan Sessegnon finalized his transfer to Spurs. It’s been basically official for a couple of hours now, but we wanted to wait for the OFFICIAL official tweet from Spurs. Now we have it. The transfer fee was not disclosed.

We LOVE Joshy at Cartilage Free Captain and are sad that he’s never going to be given the shot to prove that he can make it at Spurs. However, we already know he’s a capable Championship level midfielder right now despite a pretty rotten string of injury luck, and he seems exactly like the kind of player that we’ll eventually see back in the Premier League at some point. I’m just sorry it won’t be with Spurs. At least he’ll be with another Spurs guy, joining Scotty Parker at Craven Cottage.

Thanks for everything, Joshy. As far as I’m concerned, you’re part of the pantheon of former Spurs academy legends whom we will irrationally love forever, joining such luminaries as Tom Carroll, Marcus Edwards (sorry I got ahead of myself on this one), and Alex Pritchard.
