Hi, Hoddlers!
I can’t think of anything to put here, so let’s just skip to the next bit.
Ramble of the Day
As a fan of both football and tennis, I pay a certain amount of attention to Jozy Altidore and Sloane Stephens, who have been engaged since April. As Stephens and almost every other professional tennis player you can name prepares for the upcoming Australian Open, Altidore has really been enjoying all Australia has to offer the fiancé of a Grand Slam champion.
While he enjoys the place, he also remembered to encourage people to donate to bushfire relief.
He’s also really enjoying hanging out with some of Stephens’s pals (or in this case, getting a breakfast invitation from Stephens’s longtime friend, Madison Keys).
He’s seemed to endear himself with other players, too, like Donna Vekić.

I’m well aware that content is probably only interesting to less than ten of you, but I’m very much enjoying this. Altidore is crossing from one world — American footballer with a normally notable career — to another — partner of an athlete in another sport, and making friends with people I normally wouldn’t have thought he would’ve run into. That second bit is partly the beauty of life, considering it is a pretty natural one. Enjoy yourself, Jozy, because it looks like a lot of fun.
tl;dr: Jozy Altidore is enjoying what life has to offer the fiancé of a tennis player preparing for the Australian Open.
