Tottenham Hotspur’s 2020-21 third kits are leaked, and they are extremely yellow

Welcome back to Kit Leak Town, population Tottenham Hotspur! We’ve seen credible leaks for Tottenham’s home kits and FOURTH kits (yes, there are four) for next season, and now there are new images from Footy Headlines that purport to show the third kits. And as they predicted a while ago, they’re going to be all yellow with blue highlights.

Gotta say, as far as third kits to go there’s a LOT to like here. The bright yellow (“University Gold”) is a bold choice that may remind some people of Arsenal away kits, but Spurs have something of a history of using the color yellow as well.

I’m not entirely sold on the central cockerel crest and the Nike logo, but the shirt itself is simple and clean with a good neckline. The AIA logo looks good on this shirt as well, and curiously for Nike third kits, it doesn’t feature some sort of wacky pattern or Google Maps overlay. I’d buy this and wear it proudly.

Footy Headlines also say that the shorts and socks will also be “university gold,” presumably with some sort of blue trim.
