Ahead of the release of Amazon’s All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur documentary, the streamer announced that Academy Award nominee Tom Hardy will narrate the series. Amazon also shared a clip of Hardy’s voiceover work, seemingly an introduction to the docuseries.

The clip also teases the way the documentary may frame the 2019-20 Tottenham season. As narrator, Hardy calls it “a season that will prove to be one of the most defining in the club’s history,” and mentions it is the club’s first full season in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The eventful season is an obvious storyline for the documentary, but last year’s announcement of the documentary also came with a note that the stadium and training ground would be featured.
Though Hardy does not appear to be a football fan, he does have an interesting connection to Tottenham: he started in a 2007 BBC One adaptation of Oliver Twist with William Miller as the title character, and Miller later joined Spurs’ youth setup in 2012 before leaving the club in 2017.
All or Nothing comes out August 31, and will drop three episodes each week.
