Another development team loan! Tottenham Hotspur announced today that striker Kazaiah Sterling is heading out for his second loan of the season, this time to a club in the Scottish Championship, Greenock Morton.
Yes, this is a club that exists and is not recurrently generated. I checked. Their nickname is “The Ton.”
Kazaiah Sterling has joined Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton on loan for the remainder of the season.

Sterling spent the fall on loan in League Two at Southend United where he made 17 appearances in all competitions and scored three goals, but none in the league. His loan ended, and he’s heading back out for his fifth loan of his career — he’s been out on loan basically since the start of the 2019-20 season.
Now look, Harry Kane went on loan a whole bunch and still ended up being one of the greatest Tottenham strikers of all time, so there’s still hope for Kaz. However, I’m pretty sure Kane never went on loan to the second tier of Scottish football, so Kazaiah’s path to stardom appears to be a more twisty one than Harry’s.
Anyway, what I’m saying is that Kazaiah is going to be our backup striker next season after scoring 50 goals in a half season at Greenock Morton. Book it. Good luck, Kaz. We’re depending on you.
