Leeds 3-1 Tottenham: Community Player Ratings

A deserved loss at Elland Road.

Tottenham Hotspur went to Elland Road and got deservedly beat by Leeds United, with the final score 3-1. Leeds harried Spurs’ players from the opening kick and prevented Tottenham from really getting much going offensively, though Spurs did have some chances, including a Harry Kane goal that got called back as offside with the offside decision upheld controversially by VAR.

It wasn’t a great result, but there were some good player performances in amongst a bad match. Hugo Lloris made a series of really nice saves to keep Spurs in it, and Dele looked bright in the attacking midfield band. But there were some pretty shocking performances too.

Time to rate the players.

Rate the players from 1⁄2 to 5 stars. If the player doesn’t deserve a rating due to minutes played, DO NOT RANK. I will round the stars up/down to the nearest half-star for the player ratings later this week.
