Another transfer window has come and gone. Tottenham Hotspur’s window was a little chaotic, thanks to Fabio Paratici and his scattergun approach to transfers, but Spurs chairman Daniel Levy was true to his word that there was money to spend on incoming players despite COVID-impacted finances.
