Hi, all!
At the top today is forward Kit Graham.
Ramble of the Day
It’s a Wednesday in the middle of an international break, and I have a question: What’s your most unpopular food opinion? For me, I think the answer is that I don’t like ketchup.
I fully acknowledge that it’s an unpopular opinion, nor do I look down upon anyone who does like ketchup. I haven’t liked ketchup since I was a kid; over the years, though, I have from time to time sampled some when it comes with a plate of fries. Each and every time, I confirm what I already knew — it just isn’t for me.
I never really crave ketchup’s sweetness when I’m eating fries or a burger, preferring solidly savory options like mayonnaise or mustard. It’s not that I inherently dislike the mixture of sweet and savory flavors, but I almost never want it as a condiment on my sandwich. Like I said, ketchup just isn’t for me.
tl;dr: My most unpopular food opinion is that I don’t like ketchup.
