Pochettino will decide on fitness of 7 players on Friday

Mauricio Pochettino feels no rush to decide who will line up against West Ham on Saturday, waiting until tomorrow to decide on the fitness of some of the clubs stars.

Tottenham's official twitter came out with some non-news news about the team selections ahead of the West Ham fixture on Saturday. Quoting Mauricio Pochettino, the club has revealed that he will not make a decision on the fitness of several key players until tomorrow. Those key players seemingly being half the team.

None of this is incredibly shocking except for the idea that Walker apparently might be healthy enough to play. I highly doubt Kyle will play, but his inclusion is significant enough to comment on. In other news here, it looks like Younes Kaboul is a lock to start in one of the center back positions, while the other position seems much more murky. The only center back not mentioned in the list of fitness concerns is Eric Dier, which to me would signify that the youngster will make the bench at least if he isn't Kaboul's partner.

Further up the pitch, Chadli likely was not a threat to start on the left as it was. Dembele and Paulinho being questionable seems to open the door for Holtby to start on Saturday. All in all, nothing shocking yet, insofar as everything is speculation and all we have at this point and no one is ruled out. Clearly the mind games have started for Mauricio. That or Tottenham fitness and injury news is going to be more vague than ever and be a headache for the writers here at Cartilage Free Captain.
