For those of you who have been wondering who will replace Michael Dawson as the new Tottenham Hotspur captain, you're going to have to wait until after this weekend's match. Mauricio Pochettino has announced that we'll all find out who the new captain is on Monday.
#thfc Pochettino says new club captain will be announced on Monday: "We’ll communicate it to the players & then to you. Monday is the day."

It's possible that we get a bit of a hint on Saturday, though. If Younes Kaboul starts and gets the armband, maybe it won't tell us anything. But if Kaboul doesn't start? Well, whoever is captaining the side is probably a decent bet to be the permanent captain going forward.
However, Poche could go to a Ledley King-Michael Dawson situation, in which Kaboul is the club captain but someone else, like Hugo Lloris or Jan Vertonghen, is named the first team captain or something along those lines.
In any event, we await the announcement on Monday.
